  • Pullip (Korean: 푸리프) is a fashion doll created by Cheonsang Cheonha of South Korea in 2003. Pullip has a jointed plastic body (1:6 scale) and a relatively oversized head (1:3 scale), with eyes that can move from side to side and eyelids that can blink. Pullip was first marketed by Jun Planning out of Japan; but the company underwent management changes in early 2009 and, since then, has operated out of South Korea under the name Groove. Since the release of the original female doll, other companion dolls have been added: male dolls Namu (나무, tree) (Namu is not on the market anymore) and Taeyang (태양, sun); Taeyang's younger sister, Dal (달, moon); Dal's best friend, Byul (별, star); and Pullip's younger brother, Isul (이슬, dew).   • Yes! These are dolls, accessories and other items I have bought directly from the Groove website, from secondhand sites likes Mercari, Mandarake, Surugaya, directly from private sellers in Japan, and from other collectors in the community!

  • That will vary, as many of the dolls I own were secondhand. However, some of them are NIB (new in box) or OOAK (one of a kind). I’ll try my best to describe their conditions and take pictures of any flaws they may have. Please note, they will come AS IS. Refer to the returns/refunds section. Please read each description and look at each image prior to buying anything on the site.

  • There are currently two shipping options for the USA: USPS Ground and USPS Priority.

    • USPS Ground will take 2-5 days to arrive after the items are shipped.

    • USPS Priority will take 2-3 days to arrive after the items are shipped.

    For international shipping, it is USPS First Class Package International Shipping, which can take 6-10 days to arrive after the items are shipped, but that can vary based on country. Tracking is provided, but very limited and basic. Please look at the USPS website for more information.

  • I try to have all items shipped out within 2-4 business days through my local post office. If I am on holiday/vacation, I will make a note on the website and resume shipping once I return. Tracking will always be provided.

  • Due to popular demand and many requests, I am now shipping internationally! Please look at the “What shipping options are available?” section for more information.

    For anyone living outside the USA, the shipping will be USPS First Class Package International Shipping, which is the cheapest I could find. There is tracking, but it is very basic. Customs, taxes and fees are the buyer's responsibility, so keep that in mind prior to making a purchase! Please look at the USPS website for more information.

    Review your country’s customs, tax and fees structure before making a purchase. Please also make sure to provide all the correct information when you complete the shipping form (name, address, postal code, etc).

  • My preferred method is PayPal, due to the buyer and seller protections that they offer. At this time, I will not offer any other payment methods.

  • At this time, everything on this site is first come, first served. Once an item is sold, that is it. I do not have multiple items for sale, and I cannot hold items for specific individuals.

  • All sales are final. Since I am trying to downsize my collection, I will not be offering any returns for these items. Again, I try my best to describe any flaws or issues with the dolls, as well as show them in pictures. They will come AS IS based on their respective images. Refunds will not be provided.
